This is for the woman who (truly) made this entire dream possible, encouraged me through every emotional rollercoaster publishing, and life threw at me (and real rollercoasters might I add). This is for my one and only biggest fan who'd support even my nine year old self's rendition of Robin-Hood (its a long story...). This is for the real hero of my story that believed I could do anything I set my mind to. This is for the personal life coach, motivational speaker, nurse, editor and any other impossible career that this world has. This is for the inspiration of a person who deserves more then some silly line that might get skimmed over about printing papers and perfect folders.
"Teresa Diederich could have been anything she wanted, she chose to be my mom." - (Inspiration taken from Mr. Church quote)
"You want to re-free America to make it.. home again?"
“I want to bring the hope of freedom. I want others to be able to live, not just survive.”

You set the scene beautifully and your description is fantastic. It's totally worth reading.

This book was greater then all the Selection books, better then Throne or Glass, Keeper of the Lost Cities and Namesake
My first question is always "is there a gift there?" and there is, it's ahead of the publishable pack

Normally, when I read YA, I don't expect to see something this sophisticated

God's given me the inspiration to write ever since I was a kid. I actually wrote a kid's book when I was nine! Along with the sequel and... half of the trilogy? I'd be lying if I said this was my first story.
Being an avid reader, I've longed for good books! But when it came to Christian authors, I found the genre quite... lacking, asides from a choice few, that is. I became passionate about creating a story with Christian undertones for readers who didn't want to substitute quality over moral values.
My goal is that this story would change people, even in the smallest of ways. If this causes you to laugh at 3 in the morning when you didn't think you could go to sleep, fantastic! If something a character said made you smile when you had an awful day, my goal is achieved!
